T05 Flexible Film delivers precise, consistent surface finishing on curved and contoured surfaces thanks to its flexible TPU backing and uniform aluminum oxide abrasive, helping reduce rework and shorten subsequent polishing steps across automotive, marine, and aerospace applications.
T05 Flexible Film is engineered for precise and consistent surface finishing. Premium aluminum oxide abrasive with an open-coat construction provides a highly uniform scratch pattern, helping achieve reliable sanding results across the entire work surface.
The flexible TPU backing conforms closely to curved, contoured and irregular surfaces, allowing even contact and controlled sanding in areas where conventional abrasives may be less effective. For optimum performance, T05 is recommended for use with dedicated soft interface pads.
By producing a fine and consistent finish, T05 significantly reduces the risk of rework and helps shorten subsequent compounding and polishing processes. It is suitable for automotive, bus, marine, aerospace and railway applications.
