Grey Non-Woven Abrasive-N78C

Grey Non-Woven Abrasive-N78C is developed for fine surface conditioning where a controlled cutting action and a refined finish are required. Its sharp silicon carbide abrasive provides an exceptionally fine and consistent scratch pattern, making it particularly suitable for final preparation before painting, coating or polishing.

The three-dimensional open fiber network is soft, flexible and highly conformable. It follows curved parts, edges, corners and detailed profiles while distributing sanding pressure evenly across the work surface. This helps minimize over-cutting and preserves the original contours of the component.

With its Ultra Fine equivalent grade, N78C is well suited for paint matting, primer preparation, fine scratch refinement, light cleaning and finishing of metal, wood, plastic and painted surfaces. Available in disc, sheet and roll formats, it provides a versatile finishing solution for automotive, marine, aerospace, railway and industrial applications.
